Boris is an Analyst at Innosight, where he helps organizations identify and pursue bold growth opportunities. He has worked on strategy initiatives across multiple industries, supporting clients in achieving long-term success.
Prior to joining Innosight, Boris gained experience in private equity and strategy consulting. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a spice mixture company.
Boris holds an MSc in Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Outside of work, Boris enjoys playing tennis, debating philosophy, and exploring new culinary experiences around the world.
