Mao is an Associate at Innosight, where she finds passion in helping clients create their future.
Prior to joining Innosight, Mao has varied experience across Consulting, Finance, and the start-up space. She has working experience with the Global Strategy Group of KPMG China and a Singapore-based venture capital firm. She also had unique experiences in supporting technology startups across different sectors. Enabling disruptive innovation is a common theme underlying her work.
She holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and a BCom in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.
