Thiemo Werner is a Managing Director at Innosight, based in Zurich. He works with leadership teams across industries to develop long-term growth strategies, build innovation capabilities and establish VC-like governance systems. Since joining Innosight, Thiemo has worked extensively on strategy projects across central and northern Europe and in the United States. He is a leader in our Life Science practice and co-leads our work with Family Businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Thiemo worked on business model innovation in the healthcare industry for Boehringer Ingelheim. He also has experience working in management consulting, and at a technology startup in Canada.
Thiemo studied in Germany, Hungary, Portugal, and England. He holds an MSc in Business Administration with a Major in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Católica Lisbon School of Business and an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University Management School.
