Megan is an Associate at Innosight, based in New York City. She is passionate about operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human-centered design to uncover user needs, design innovative solutions, and enable sustainable growth.

Prior to Innosight, Megan was a strategy consultant within Accenture’s growth strategy and software & platforms strategy group. She has worked with 15+ F500 clients across topics such as international growth, customer experience, corporate innovation, and GTM strategy. She was also an Accenture Innovation Fellow, where she designed and facilitated design thinking workshops for C-suite level clients, in collaboration with researchers, designers, and luminaries. Prior to Accenture, she interned at Intel and a digital consulting startup in Hong Kong.

Megan graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a BS in Business Administration and minors in Data Science and Design Innovation.
