Taylor Vest is an Associate at Innosight based in Charlottesville, VA.
Before joining Innosight, Taylor worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in high-pressure healthcare environments, including the surgical trauma ICU, emergency department, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and labor & delivery. She also served for several years as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician. These experiences equipped her with strong problem-solving skills, deep empathy, and the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes situations.
Taylor holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where she concentrated in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Strategy Consulting. She also earned a clinically focused MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BSW from James Madison University, where she minored in Nonprofit Studies and Humanitarian Affairs.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys treasure-hunting at thrift stores and keeping up with her energetic black-and-white speckled puppy.
