Anna is a Managing Director at Innosight. She is excited about corporate transformation and brings background experience in Marketing and Operations to help companies think expansively about overall strategic direction and tactically about how to get there.
Prior to Innosight, Anna spent her MBA summer internship at Starbucks in Marketing. In addition to discovering a newfound love of coffee, she put her mix of analytical and creative skills to work understanding the consumer and developing a new product concept. Previously, Anna worked for S.C. Johnson on their Manufacturing Strategy and Supply Chain teams where she had responsibility for reviewing and optimizing global sourcing strategies, conducting regional risk assessments, leading product supply for the Glade seasonal and holiday programs, and managing the supply chain and production for several air-care and home cleaning product lines.
Anna likes to roll up her sleeves and get involved. She spent a year building houses for Habitat for Humanity as an Americorps volunteer and also interned at a fair trade clothing manufacturer in Kenya helping to optimize the production process.
Anna received her BS in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate in African Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
