Prashant is a Manager at Innosight. An architect of strategic transformation, Prashant has collaborated with senior leaders at Fortune 50 companies to identify and pursue “white space” opportunities, build innovation capabilities, and create disruptive new products, services, and business models. Prashant has developed growth strategies for the world’s largest Education company, identified disruptive threats and devised response strategies for a Fortune 10 Manufacturing company, and created transformative businesses for a top-3 US Health Insurer. Prashant has proven experience in IT, Consumer Products, and Financial Services, and specialized domain expertise in Healthcare/Life Sciences (payors, medical devices, pharmaceuticals), and Population Health Management.

Prior to Innosight, Prashant worked at Advanced Technology Ventures, a 30-year old venture capital firm managing over $1.8 Billion. At ATV, Prashant increased deal flow in Digital Media, SaaS, and Cloud Computing, closed a Series-A investment of $5m (at $25m pre-valuation) in a biotech start-up, and worked on all phases of the investment process from due diligence and return analysis, to developing and negotiating term sheets with entrepreneurs.

Previously, Prashant was a consultant at Deloitte, where he worked with Fortune 100 clients in Europe, Asia, and USA across industries such as Consumer Goods, and Media Distribution. Prashant is also the Founder of Navya Network, a health care technology firm in clinical decision-making, and an advisor to KAHM Capital, an angel Investment firm for early stage IT and Healthcare startups.

Prashant’s personal vision is to contribute towards global health equilibrium and a world without cancer. He earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management, with a focus on strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
