Evan is the Director of Storytelling at Innosight, where he develops insights, case studies, videos and articles for publication. He is a former editor at BusinessWeek and at MIT’s Technology Review as well as a contributing writer at Wired. He spent four years as the Chief Story Officer at Walker Digital, a Stamford, CT-based business R&D lab that launches new products and companies and is best known for creating Priceline.com.

Evan is the author of five books about innovation, including The Last Lone Inventor: A Tale of Genius, Deceit and the Birth of Television (HarperCollins) and Juice: the Creative Fuel That Drives World-Class Inventors (Harvard Business Press). His screenplay, Televisionaries, was selected for a 2011 Tribeca/Sloan Filmmaker Award, an annual grant program that supports science in cinema. His feature in Wired, “Waste MGMT,” was selected for inclusion in the 2011 edition of The Best American Science and Nature Writing. Evan served as screenwriter and producer for “Saved by the Sun,” a documentary about solar energy for the PBS science series, NOVA.
