Tim is an Analyst at Innosight, where he works with clients to help them design their growth strategies.
Prior to joining Innosight, Tim was a researcher at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, where he studied near-term impacts of artificial intelligence, distribution of the web, and national security topics. Before that, Tim was an analyst at Greener Equity, a leading startup valuation services firm in the US, where he led the valuations of over one hundred early-to-late stage startups. His first encounter with Clayton Christensen’s work on innovation as a business development intern at Hyosung Information Systems in Seoul. While working on a data storage hardware strategy project, Tim incorporated Christensen’s theory to successfully propose a new offering at the lowest tier of the market.
Tim graduated from Brigham Young University with a double major in Applied Computational Mathematics (B.S) and Economics (B.A), where he did machine learning and econometrics research, led a Behavioral Insights consulting team, and created a role to mentor 60+ math students and help them find internships and jobs.
