Leslie is a manager at Innosight with a passion for creating innovation and transformation infrastructure within large organizations. She has worked with companies to define their growth ambitions, identify key internal capabilities, and translate new growth strategies into executable plans.

Prior to Innosight, Leslie worked for W.L. Gore & Associates, developing technologies and new products within their corporate incubator. She was awarded 3 patents for her work in high strength coatings and in footwear insulation. She previously worked for other large companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic.

Leslie graduated from MIT with a BS in Materials Science and Engineering. She returned to MIT for her MS, also in Materials Science and Engineering. She continues to further her education through online business courses and is currently teaching herself to code.

In her spare time, Leslie raises puppies to become guide dogs for the blind. She enjoys reading, puzzles, and travel.
