Andrew is an associate at Innosight where he works with clients to develop growth strategies and build new ventures. Andrew has experience serving clients in the medical devices, financial services and chemicals industries and has collaborated with client teams on growth strategy, organization design and new business model development.  Andrew is particularly interested in taking rigorous customer needs-based approaches to identify new business models and to assess the potential of growth opportunities.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked with startups in London. He led marketing with a venture-backed analytics startup and also experimented with his own ventures. He was part of the Entrepreneur First program which introduced him to the value of “getting out of the building” and rapidly testing ideas with customers.

Andrew holds a M. A. (Hons) in English from the University of St Andrews, Scotland and was awarded life membership of the Student’s Association for his contribution to student life.

Andrew lives in Lausanne, Switzerland.
