Marianne Poh is a Senior Associate at Innosight, where she is excited to partner with and empower clients to transform and grow beyond their core businesses. She has worked with companies to develop new growth strategies across a range of industries, including footwear/apparel, automotive manufacturing, and the non-profit sector.
Prior to Innosight, Marianne held multiple roles at Mondelez Australia, from R&D Scientist to (most recently) Brand Manager for Cadbury Fundraising, where she built a five-year growth strategy, relaunched the brand with a new portfolio, and orchestrated a national sponsorship with Netball Australia. She was also responsible for overseeing Cadbury’s digital and social media strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
Marianne holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Food Technology with 1st Class Honors from Massey University, in New Zealand (where she grew up). During business school, Marianne was Co-Chair of the International Club and a member of the Tuck Band, where she was the lead keyboardist and (occasional) vocalist. Outside of work, she likes hunting for new ramen eateries, discovering new music artists, and watching tennis.
