Shahriar is a Manager at Innosight, where he works with clients to develop transformative growth strategies and new business models.

Prior to joining Innosight, Shahriar worked for a leading steel distributor – first in locations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific on the firm’s interdisciplinary training program, and finally in Dubai, where his primary responsibility was business development. He also has knowledge of media and publishing, having worked in print and digital circulation and marketing at one of the world’s foremost newsweeklies.

Shahriar holds an MSc in Management, Organisations and Governance with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Marketing with First-Class Honours from Newcastle University. He is the author of two prize-winning dissertations on innovation and new product development, and an iSChannel article on the disruptive potential of massive open online courses in higher education.
