Shari is a Senior Director at Innosight based in London. He is passionate about helping leading companies navigate change and drive growth through strategic transformation and innovation.

Since joining Innosight, Shari has worked for several of the world’s leading companies across a range of B2B and B2C industries – including utilities, food & nutrition, consumer electronics, medical devices, chemicals, automotive, financial services, and software & analytics – to 1) develop strategies for long-term value creation; 2) design and de-risk new digitally-enabled disruptive business models; and 3) institute new organizational capabilities and governance systems to make innovation a repeatable and high impact discipline.

Prior to joining Innosight, Shari worked across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East at one of the world’s leading steel distributors where he was responsible for growing the company’s civil infrastructure business. He began his graduate career in marketing at The Economist in London.

Shari holds an MSc in Management, Organisations, and Governance with Distinction from the London School of Economics, where he guest lectures on strategy and innovation, and a BSc in Marketing with first-class honors from Newcastle University. He is the author of two prize-winning dissertations on innovation and new product development.
