As Director of Learning, Natalie leads Innosight’s internal training strategy by designing and delivering development programs for the global consulting team and the professional staff. In her role, she supports broader talent development initiatives, including performance management and leadership training.

Natalie also helps create learning and leadership development initiatives for Innosight’s clients. She has designed and conducted customized learning programs and immersion experiences for senior leaders at a range of Fortune 50 companies.

Natalie joined Innosight as a member of the consulting team in 2005 where she worked with organizations to help them build innovation capabilities and commercialize innovations primarily in consumer goods, apparel and healthcare.

Prior to joining Innosight, Natalie was a Senior Associate with Cambridge Executive Enterprises, an MIT-founded executive education company. In this position, Natalie led a team working with the company’s chairman to deliver global seminars sponsored by Hewlett Packard and Oracle Corporation.

Natalie holds a B.A. with distinction in Industrial Relations from McGill University.
