Francisco is an Associate at Innosight, where he works with clients to build new growth ventures, develop innovation capabilities, and accelerate organizational change.

Before joining Innosight, Francisco was a summer intern at Eli Lilly & Co., where he developed standard operating procedures to capture key pricing parameters for new medicine launch planning initiatives in emerging markets. Previously, Francisco was a Global Supply Chain Supervisor at Panduit, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. At Panduit, he ran daily inventory replenishment operations for eleven global warehouses, as well as leading several process improvement initiatives. Francisco also worked at Jabil, an electronics manufacturer, where he led demand fulfillment efforts for clients in the telecommunications space.

Francisco received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management with honors from the Universidad Panamericana (Guadalajara, Mexico). Francisco speaks fluently Spanish, German, and English. He lives with his wife and daughter in Waltham, Massachusetts.
