Kristy joined Innosight in 2018. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant in the Executive Search industry supporting consultants’ efforts to find and recruit c-level and senior-level talent in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Outside the office, Kristy enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family, friends, and her three children.
