Sadie is a Senior Associate at Innosight, where she works with clients to identify and implement innovative strategies for sustainable growth. She is particularly interested in helping clients develop the skill sets required to identify opportunities and build new businesses in rapidly changing business ecosystems. She has served clients in a range of industries, including healthcare (providers, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals), logistics, financial services, and chemicals.

She joined Innosight in 2016 and re-joined the firm in 2022 following the completion of her MBA at Yale School of Management. Sadie received her AB cum laude in History & Literature from Harvard College, where she served on the board of Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business and was actively involved with the Harvard Innovation Labs.

Prior to joining the firm and during business school, Sadie worked at several early-stage social enterprises including Obran Cooperative, an innovative financial services organization expanding access to worker-ownership and democratic corporate governance; and at Virtudent, a tele-health startup aiming to make dental care accessible to underserved populations.

When she’s not solving problems for clients, you can find Sadie training for her next long-distance running adventure, exploring New York City, or reading a book
