Matt McGrath is a Senior Director at Innosight and a leader in the Financial Services practice. He focuses on collaborating with leadership teams to navigate disruptive change and develop future strategies for transformational growth.

In over ten years of serving Financial Services clients, Matt has led programs to define customer-centric strategies, develop new business models and product offerings, and design enterprise restructuring to drive efficiency and reduce cost.

Outside of Financial Services, Matt has led client engagements in a variety of industries, including healthcare, medical devices, consumer goods, and industrials companies. Earlier in his career, he worked at Accenture and Land O’Lakes Inc. He holds a BA in Economics and Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Matt lives with his wife in New Orleans, LA.
