Matt is an Associate at Innosight. He is excited about helping companies with their innovation challenges and brings experience in enterprise transformation and operating model design to help companies think about how to implement organizational change.

Prior to Innosight, Matt spent his MBA summer internship in corporate strategy at Land O’Lakes in Minneapolis, MN. There he worked primarily with their WinField Solutions business unit, one of the largest agricultural wholesalers in the US. His project work included an industry assessment for a new product category, M&A due diligence for an international joint venture and competitive benchmarking. Prior to business school, Matt was part of Accenture Strategy’s Financial Services practice, where he worked with leading global companies in wealth management, life insurance and retail banking on a variety of enterprise transformation projects. Project work included major cost reduction initiatives, organizational redesign, post-merger integration and extensive change management work.

Matt is passionate about utilizing his professional skills to help non-profits. He has led several consulting projects for non-profit clients in developing countries, including the University of Pristina, in Pristina, Kosovo, and the Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Matt received his B.A. in Economics and Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin, where he was a co-founder and team captain of the University’s American Football Club, and his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
