Nikki McAtee is a Senior Manager in the Human Resources department. She focuses on talent and performance management, employee experience, and strategic people initiatives.
She has 10+ years of HR experience across training and development, recruiting, and HRBP roles in telecom, education, and professional services. Nikki joined Huron in 2020, leading campus recruiting efforts across the enterprise, and transitioned to Innosight HR in early 2023.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and a Master’s degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
