Cliff Maxwell is the Chief of Staff to Clayton Christensen based in Lexington, MA. Cliff guides Clayton’s research, speaking, teaching, and consulting initiatives to apply disruptive innovation to management’s thorniest challenges.
Prior to joining Clayton’s team, Cliff worked as a researcher and product manager at the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation. He studied disruptive innovation in the K-12 education sector and built a product to provide educators with insight into the growing practice of blended learning. In addition to building product, Cliff regularly wrote and spoke on disruptive trends in the K-12 space. Earlier in his career, Cliff worked as a CPU design engineer for a large semiconductor company.
Cliff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University where he was a Gordon B. Hinckley Presidential Scholar.
