Nina Leong

Nina is a Senior Associate at Innosight based in New York.

Prior to Innosight, Nina spent four years managing the strategy and operations for her family’s manufacturing business in Singapore. She helped the company map out its international expansion strategy, with a focus on European and U.S. companies in the defense industry. Nina further joined Capgemini as an internal strategy consultant, working closely with the Asia Pacific executives to define its ten-year growth ambitions. She was in charge of driving a change in culture alongside revamping the organizational structure. During her MBA, she interned at American Express in the Strategic Planning Group (SPG).
