Su-Young is an Analyst at Innosight, where she helps companies develop innovation and growth strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Su-Young helped develop brand measurement approaches that bridge traditional market research methodologies and emerging social media streams at Millward Brown.

Su-Young graduated from Williams College with a major in Sociology and a special focus on Ethnography. As a winner of the Class of 1945 World Fellowship, she conducted independent research of North Korean defectors’ lives in South Korea and the role of education policy.
