Lauren is an Analyst at Innosight, where she assists companies with their growth strategy development through innovation. She is especially interested in the intersection of policy and business, and has a background in government, non-profit, and policy research work. She served as national Director of Project Development for Circle of Women, a national nonprofit which works to provide underprivileged women access to education.

Lauren received her B.A. from Harvard University, where she studied Government and Global Health Policy. She also studied Political and International Relations at Sciences Po Paris while conducting policy research on discrepancies between legal and diplomatic actors in crimes of war.
