Jordan is an Associate at Innosight. Jordan exercises the scientific method, sound business principles, and a practice of consumer empathy to empower organizations to form the habits of innovation.
Prior to Innosight, Jordan worked at Ventria Bioscience, where she genetically engineered rice to produce life-saving protein pharmaceuticals. During her time at Ventria, she engineered over 1,000 plants, lead an initiative to double production capacity of transgenic rice lines, and provided genetic documentation for a lead product, resulting in a successful CMC filing with the FDA.
During her MBA, Jordan nurtured her passion for consumer empathy. She launched a business for ego-expressive medical accessories, helped develop a digital tool to support health and wellness choices during pregnancy, and created a business plan for an accelerator dedicated to supporting businesses that serve people with autism.
Jordan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in plant genetics from the University of California, Davis.
