Teri is an Associate at Innosight, where she has worked with healthcare, retail, and insurance clients.  She has always been interested in understanding what people do and why they do those things and gets excited about using that information to help companies develop the best possible offerings for customers.

Prior to joining Innosight, Teri spent her MBA summer internship as a product manager at Hewlett Packard, looking at ways to drive adoption of a new business model for consumer printing.  Previously, Teri worked at Deloitte as a regulatory consultant.  As part of the Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions consulting practice, she focused on redesigning customer review processes, modeling customer populations to assess risk, writing new policies and procedures, and conducting forensic reviews of customer transactions for global banks and other financial institutions.  She also has experience working with credit unions on student lending, environmentally friendly banking practices, and strategic market positioning.

Teri holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she worked on projects to help large companies develop innovation capabilities and was Director of Student Outreach for the Chicago chapter of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).  Teri received her BA in Economics and Psychology from Williams College, where she sailed and planned on-campus concerts.

In her free time, Teri likes turning clay into sculptural ceramics, exploring new cities and neighborhoods on foot, and eating her way through Boston.  She is passionate about growing and developing urban ecosystems and has enjoyed getting involved in workforce retraining programs in each city she’s lived in.
