Tara joined Innosight as the Executive Assistant to Dave Duncan and Robyn Bolton in March of 2014. She previously worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at Acme Packet Inc., a publicly held telecommunications company that was acquired by Oracle in 2013. Prior to Acme, Tara spent over nine years supporting several partners at Highland Capital Partners, a top-tier venture capital firm. Other experience includes working for the internet start-up company, ONE WORLD Software Solutions as well as McKinsey & Co., a global consulting firm.
Tara has a BS, magna cum laude, in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
