Roy Davis has advised Innosight and Huron, Innosight’s parent company, after a nearly three-decade career at Johnson & Johnson.
In his role at Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Davis was responsible for acquisition and licensing in areas outside of current J&J business sectors, venture capital investing on behalf of J&J, and management of J&J’s wholly owned ventures. These efforts focused on developing new companies for J&J that offer transformational healthcare solutions.
Mr. Davis joined the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in 1984. He moved through line leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the organization in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and then to Company Group Chairman and Worldwide Franchise Chairman for Diagnostics in 2003, before assuming his most recent role in January 2008.
Mr Davis also serves as a member of the Industrial Advisory Board of the Cleveland Clinic.
Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York and a Master of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
