Shuzi Cheng is an Associate at Innosight based in NYC. She is interested in helping companies build resilience and thrive in constant disruption, whether incremental or transformational.
Prior to Innosight, Shuzi worked as an Engagement Financial Advisor at Deloitte, where she delivered insights and recommendations on margin-enhancing strategies for six major clients. She also interned at McKinsey & Company, where she conducted thorough research on agricultural technology in China.
Shuzi earned her MBA from Yale School of Management and a dual degree in Business (BS) and Psychology (BA) from Boston University.
Outside of work, Shuzi is passionate about design and travel. She enjoys applying design thinking to both professional and personal settings.
