Carly is an Associate at Innosight. She is excited about uncovering unmet consumer needs, and brings background experience in end-to-end product development to help companies create new avenues for growth.
Prior to working at Innosight, Carly was a Product Manager at OXO International, where she was responsible for the development of innovative kitchen products. While at OXO, Carly spearheaded an initiative to re-design the product development process, a project which fostered her interest in creating the right environment and processes to let innovation flourish within organizations. Carly also developed private label products and brands at Macy’s and worked in product marketing at Apple. During business school, she developed new menu concepts for a fast food chain in Asia, and designed a growth and expansion strategy for a high-end dessert chain based in New York City.
Carly received her BA in Psychology and Creative Writing from the University of Pennsylvania, and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
