Most Memorable Innosight Moment
Meeting Clayton Christensen, when I joined Innosight in 2008. I had read The Innovators Dilemma in 1997 and it shaped the rest of my business career. I followed Clay’s work since then, but I had no idea that eventually I would have the privilege of working with him.
