Shilpa is a Senior Associate at Innosight. Interested in understanding people and what motivates human behavior, Shilpa enjoys distilling insights from primary research and trend analysis. At Innosight, she has worked with clients across many industries—consumer packaged goods, financial services, telecommunications, apparel, and consumer durables—helping to discover creative solutions for business problems, build new growth businesses, develop organizational innovation capabilities, facilitate workshops and training programs, and create transformational impact.

Shilpa came to Innosight from leading advertising agency Young & Rubicam, where she worked as a Strategic Planner on engagement planning and brand strategy projects for Asian and global clients.

As Innosight’s unofficial social ambassador, Shilpa spends time planning activities and experiments to foster the company culture. She also particularly enjoys reading a good book on her kindle, going on foodie vacations and staying abreast of what’s hot in the startup world.

Shilpa holds a B.Sc degree from Singapore Management University, where she majored in both Economics and Marketing with secondary fields of study in psychology, finance, and creative writing.
