Utsav Bhatt is an associate partner at Innosight. He is enthusiastic about helping clients navigate disruptive change and reinvent themselves. He has helped clients identify new growth opportunities, transform existing business models, and develop innovation capabilities.

Utsav is co-author of the 2022 Harvard Business Review article, “Persuade Your Company to Change Before It’s Too Late.”

Before joining Innosight, Utsav worked for a decade at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) conglomerate, with seven years in L&T Infotech, most recently as a Practice Manager in the Digital Consulting business unit. As one of the founding team members of the consulting business, he focused on building practice revenue and capabilities, nurturing client relationships, and managing academic alliances with institutes such as MIT CISR.

In more than a decade of consulting experience, Utsav has worked with clients in professional services, banking, media & entertainment, construction, food & beverage, automotive, and healthcare. He has executed projects in North America, Nordics, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Utsav is a double gold medalist in MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management (at Singapore, Dubai) and studied at Schulich School of Business (York University, Toronto). He is also a university ranker in his Engineering degree with a specialization in electronics & telecommunications discipline.
