Sarah is a Manager at Innosight. She brings an interdisciplinary approach to helping clients discover innovative opportunities and make decisions in complex, changing environments.

Prior to Innosight, Sarah spent five years on active duty as a medical service officer in the Army, trained in logistics and operations with a specialization in public health. While deployed in Iraq, she was responsible for conducting camp assessments, which involved a range of analyses including soil and water sampling, insect surveillance, and food inspections. This experience fostered her interest in developing innovative solutions amidst complexity, which led to a graduate program studying business and the environment. During school she worked as a strategy consultant for IBM, General Electric, and the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, and developed marketing for an Ashoka social enterprise, the Media Policy Center.

Sarah received her M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and an M.S. from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. Her thesis work entailed statistical analysis connecting public health outcomes, crime rates, and trees/green space. She received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Dayton, where she held the top leadership position in the Army ROTC cadet program and instituted a science tutoring program for local grade schools.
