Internships

Innosight recruits for interns from select campuses during the winter. As an intern at Innosight, you can expect mentorship and hands-on experience on a case team. consistent guidance and feedback. At the end of your internship, you will be reviewed for a full-time offer. Each intern is aInnosight LIfe - Intern Rowssigned a development leader to provide professional development and oversight. Informal reviews continuous feedback from teams. Formal reviews mid-summer and end-of-summer to ensure professional development. One to two projects: Immediately placed on an existing project team ranging from 2-5 people. Interns are considered an essential voice and participant to the project with similar expectations as full-time staff. Will have true client facing experience. One week boot camp program focused on a real case to build experience around Innosight IP and the problem solving process.

Undergrad

Innosight recruits for undergraduate candidates for Analyst opportunities primarily during the fall (full-time) and winter (Internships). Requirements for Undergrads applying for the Analyst position:

  • BS/BA from a top undergraduate program
  • Interest in consulting and innovation
  • Finely tuned analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges
  • Experience conducting secondary and/or primary research
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Solid skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Self-starter that can thrive in an unstructured and collaborative team environment

MBA

Innosight recruits for MBA candidates for Associate opportunities primarily during the fall (fulltime) and winter (Internships). Requirements for MBAs applying for the Associate position:

  • MBA from a top-tier MBA program
  • Proven ability to use reason, logic and creativity to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Finely tuned analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Solid skills in MS Office Suite (Word, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Self-starter that can thrive in an unstructured and collaborative, team environment

Advanced Degrees/Non-MBAs

Candidates with PhDs and non-MBA graduate degrees (Masters) are evaluated on a case by case basis. Candidates with extensive work experience and/or graduate degrees may join as analyst, associates or senior associates. For more senior roles, such as managers or principals, we look at your management experience in addition to your work and educational experience.

Exsid-rebeccaperienced Hires

Innosight looks for experienced professionals and top talent from a wide variety of professions, including engineering, medicine, startups and other consulting experience. For experienced hires, we look to your consulting experience and/or industry relevant experience.

International

Innosight has additional offices globally in Switzerland and Singapore. We will consider individuals for transfer on a case by case basis, after 6-12 months in Boston, based on the business needs and their individual performance. Innosight is happy to sponsor Visas for those that require it.
