INNOSIGHT DIFFERENT

At Innosight we get to solve the ‘cool’ problems that businesses need help with. We are not focused on solving small problems or implementation but rather on helping clients solve their most significant growth challenges like, “who will we be in 10 years?” Innosight doesn’t just work for clients, we work with them.

OUR BEST ASSETS

Here we have a set of values that we follow in our everyday work. We are humble and curious to learn while being confident in our abilities. We take initiative and are collaborative and inclusive while always focusing on the impact we deliver with clients. This collaboration cuts across geographies where we always find to catch up and strive to make new connections outside of project work. I joined Innosight as an Analyst out of undergrad in Lexington and more recently went to get my MBA at Northwestern Kellogg before joining our Swiss office in Lausanne. Although, I enjoy the work we do – the community and the people were the main reason I returned to the firm after my MBA.

SHAPING THE FUTURE OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS

My favorite project was working for a sports league helping to determine the “job” of a professional sports league and working to determine how to turn disruption into opportunity with shifting consumption patterns (e.g., the move to digital and streaming) in addition to growing their fan base. We were tasked with bringing a jobs-to-be-done lens to understand who their fans really are and the unsatisfied needs they have. As a basketball player and former college athlete, I was very excited to see the business that runs behind something that I’ve enjoyed and consumed my entire life. We even got to attend a game with our clients and cheer on the home team!

COLLEAGUES THAT CARE

At Innosight the people care. We care about the impact we make, and the relationships we create with clients and with each other. At Innosight someone else does not have to do poorly for you to do well, we all want our entire team to be successful. In particular, in our Swiss office, we are really close and spend a lot of time together outside the office including our annual ski trip in the winter and local vineyard tours in the summer. Our office really views itself as a team, bringing me back to my days of playing college basketball.
