You are analytical, but not afraid to tackle challenges where data are lacking.

You are creative, but value rigor because it produces real results.

You want to make a difference, not just PowerPoint presentations.

You look at the world differently. So do we.

Traditional consulting firms look to the past to figure out the future. Innosight works from the future back to help companies to find new ways to grow.  Our focus on growth strategy and innovation means we help our clients tackle some of the most interesting questions in business:  Where is our next big opportunity and what is our strategy to get there? How do we build an organization that is innovative and future-focused? How do we disrupt ourselves before others do?

We’re known as the world’s leading expert on disruptive innovation and strategic transformation. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders at Global 1000 companies in diverse industries. From identifying and creating new markets to designing and building new businesses, products, and services, your work will have a meaningful impact. And you’ll develop a skill set designed to deal with tomorrow’s world, not yesterday’s.

We’re a Vault Top 50 Consulting Firm for 2020.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

We know that drawing on the strengths of people from all backgrounds and experiences is critical to our ability both to serve our clients and to build a firm where our people grow and thrive. We therefore strive to create a sense of belonging for all individuals and groups in our community, and foster an environment in which any individual or group can be and feel welcomed, respected, supported, and valued to fully participate. We are committed to enabling impartial treatment and fair access to opportunity, information, and resources through learning from societal inequities and committing to the identification and mitigation of biases, stereotypes, or barriers that have a disproportionate negative impact on underrepresented employees. To make tangible progress against our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) ambition, we have a dedicated DEI lead and committee of passionate individuals who support these efforts. We also work regularly with diversity, equity, and inclusion subject matter experts on learning and development. Innosight has four priority DEI focus areas:

  • Building a Culture of Inclusion – Increase trust and safety on teams and launch training programs and initiatives to support inclusive behaviors
  • Recruiting – Leverage new sources and opportunities to expand pipeline diversity for campus and experienced hires
  • Development – Enhance our mentorship and sponsorship programs and evolve our training, workshops, and other learning opportunities
  • Community Involvement – Partner with strategic external organizations with a focus on serving diverse populations on anti-racist pro-bono projects and other CSR efforts

In addition, Innosighters have the opportunity to participate in 10 iMatter teams, employee affinity groups organized by Huron: Black Alliance, Experienced Hires, LatinX, Pride, Women, Disability Advocates, Global Awareness, Pan-Asian American, Veterans, and Working Parents iMatter Teams. These teams work directly with Huron’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council to help identify strategies that enhance diversity and foster inclusion and provide an opportunity to network with colleagues from across the company, participate in social, professional development and service events, and stay engaged with the culture and community at Huron.

Innosight is also a proud corporate partner of The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management. We support their mission to enhance diversity and inclusion in global business education and leadership by striving to reduce the significant underrepresentation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans.

navigating the covid-19 uncertainty

Innosight has adapted to the COVID-19 working environment with a focus on keeping our teams safe and our clients well served. Despite being remote, Innosight quickly pivoted its approach to deliver deep impact for its clients by developing interactive tools for driving client engagement and making full use of platforms like Zoom. Innosight team members are able to collaborate effectively, stay connected, and find creative ways to keep adapting our culture.

Community Service

At Innosight, we’re strong believers in supporting the communities in which we live and work. Team members have volunteered at organizations such as Boston’s Community Servings (preparing and delivering meals to the critically ill) and Cradles to Crayons (processing and packaging donations for homeless and low-income children). We also support the missions of nonprofit organizations like DonorsChoose.org and Philadelphia’s Settlement Music School, and participate in social innovation events like the Social Capital Markets conference and Climate Week NYC.

Social Life At Innosight

Gladiator jousts, bubble soccer, group visits to museums, and trivia nights. Fun takes many forms at Innosight, because we appreciate the importance of decompressing and getting to know our fellow team members outside of work.
