Gordon is a Manager at Innosight, based in the Boston office. He enjoys uncovering emerging, subtle customer needs and designing innovative product strategies for companies, both big and small.

Prior to Innosight, Gordon worked as a strategist and product manager at various tech firms. At one of Australia’s most funded unicorns, he started in strategy roles to support strategic investments and fundraising. Then he spearheaded several new product strategies and eventually stepped into the product management arena to build out the vision. Later, he pivoted to join the largest tech company in Southeast Asia and launched products in new markets, including Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. Gordon also had exposure to various industries through internships, including innovation in consumer goods (Anheuser-Busch InBev), PE investment in industrial and healthcare sectors, and VC investment in blockchain.

Gordon graduated from the Yale School of Management with an MBA and received a BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Gordon sees himself as an amateur cultural anthropologist and spends a lot of time reading, watching films, visiting museums, and attending art exhibitions.
