Innosight mourns the loss of our cofounder. Many know him as the most influential business theorist of his generation, but Clay was also our teacher, collaborator, mentor, and friend. Clay’s work was based on a conviction that ideas matter— and can change the world for the better. He was a profoundly good person whose kindness and generosity of spirit touched countless people. We will miss him deeply, and his ideas and passion will continue to inspire us in the work we do.
