Erika Johnson Meldrim, Manager
Meet Erika
Erika is a Manager at Innosight. Erika has worked with clients in the healthcare, media, automotive and consumer products industries, focusing on innovation process development and the discovery of growth-opportunity areas.
Erika came to Innosight with experience in the consumer products, retail, and media industries. Most recently, she led the strategic marketing and communications group as Brand Manager for New England Coffee Company, a private roaster and supplier for Dunkin’ Brands. She helped build one of the fastest-growing brands in the retail category through product development, brand strategy, e-commerce initiatives, nationwide campaigns, and sales programs. Previously, Erika was a Health Editor for Gannett Company, Inc., where she led online and print mandates to increase youth readership. She also worked for Adidas USA, Hobby Publications, Inc., and has a freelance marketing business.
Erika’s work has been featured in AdWeek and Create Magazine. Her honors and awards include: Four 2007 American Inhouse Design Awards; Gannett Public Service Runner-Up for a Special Feature Project; 2006 Horizon Award; 2006 WebAward.
Erika has a Masters of Liberal Arts (MLA) in Management with Honors from Harvard University, with a concentration in Marketing Management. She also has a B.S. in Marketing and Advertising, cum laude, from Cornell University.

While conducting in-depth interviews for a healthcare client, it became apparent how our work was impacting patients' hopes and dreams.
