Workshops allow us and the participants the opportunity to focus on and apply the core components of our methodology around a highly customized agenda, using a series of examples and cases relevant to their situation and market. However, not every client has the luxury of being able to schedule such a session for their organization or audience. This may be due to the size of the expected audience, the time available, or the diversity of the participants.
In these instances, an engaging and thought-provoking speech is often the right approach. Speeches can be used to set a tone for a broader agenda, start a series of discussions, or simply motivate a team by demonstrating success stories from peer organizations. Potential speech topics include:
- Principles of disruptive innovation — how to create opportunities for new growth by targeting non-consumption
- Business model innovation — how to generate growth through the “how” not the “what”
- Trends and innovations in a variety of industries and markets (e.g., healthcare, financial services, media, electronics, consumer goods)
- Organizational capabilities required to develop and sustain a culture of innovation
- Measuring innovation — metrics that work and ones that don’t work
Our practitioners are seasoned speakers who regularly address a variety of forums, from small groups of corporate leaders in intimate roundtable settings, to conference audiences numbering in the thousands.
