OUR APPROACH

Though all of our workshops are customized to a degree, we recognize that in some instances, your situation calls for a more comprehensive program. In this instance, we will work with you to design a complete curriculum that can either be delivered by your own leadership development team or by our facilitators.

This effort typically spans three phases:

Planning

In this phase, we would take an inventory of currently available training materials and work with you to develop a detailed curriculum. The curriculum would include proposed course content, as well as an action plan for creating and shaping that content.

Content creation

In this phase, we would integrate Innosight content with your own content and select third party material as necessary to develop customized courses. A key component of this phase is typically the development of “teaching cases” that describe real challenges encountered by your past and present teams.

Program implementation

In this phase we would assemble the specific courses, develop key course materials (facilitator guides, participant materials, etc.), integrate pre-work into your existing systems, plan and execute pilot sessions for each course, and develop a roll-out plan.
