We are a boutique consulting firm. We focus exclusively on enabling companies to achieve repeatable growth through innovation and innovation management. We do not believe in a brute-force approach to transformation, nor do we believe that more people looking at the same data in the same way is the key business strategy for identifying new growth opportunities.

As such, our teams tend to be small and highly collaborative. Every one of our innovation services engagements has two goals — to meet or exceed our client’s expectations and to actively transfer our capabilities and knowledge to our client team members.

Our consultancy specializes in helping companies improve their ability to create growth through innovation. We are proven innovation thought leaders, and we combine our proprietary tools and processes with pattern recognition skills and judgment to develop high-potential ideas for new growth businesses without boiling the ocean. Using well-structured, market-tested frameworks and models allows us to have substantial impact in a short period of time, and facilitates knowledge transfer and skill building.

As you know from the work of our Co-Founder Clayton Christensen, disruptive innovators drive transformation by playing the innovation game in a fundamentally different way. They throw market leaders off balance and create “upside surprise” by innovating along overlooked dimensions, such as simplicity, affordability, accessibility, or customizability.

Disruptive innovation opportunities are often hidden from even astutely run market leaders because such innovations start away from the mainstream of a market, among customers “overshot” by the performance of existing products, or customers whose consumption is constrained by a lack of skills, wealth, or access. Our research and field work has crystallized key patterns and business practices of disruptive innovation, allowing us to spot disruptive opportunities regardless of whether they occur in product innovation or technology innovation and shape disruptive ideas with very scant data.
