Innosight in Action
Working at Innosight opens up a world of opportunities to grow, make an impact, and develop connections to exceptional people—both in and outside the office.
Client Work
Client work at Innosight is multidimensional—and will give you a chance to experience an eclectic mix of people, challenges, and activities: sitting side-by-side with a colleague to fine-tune a deck; presenting to a group of senior executives in Chicago; participating in a ideation workshop for health care leaders in Scotland; conducting on-the-ground, in-home market research with residents of Bangalore.
Thought Leadership
Bringing our ideas to larger audiences and participating in broader industry conversations about innovation is an important part of Innosight's mission. In the past year, Innosight team members have participated in a wide range of conferences, including the World Environment Conference, the Front End of Innovation, and TEDxBoston. We also write and publish in a variety of publications, including our own Strategy & Innovation as well as prestigious journals like Harvard Business Review.

Community Service/Social Impact
In addition to the work we do with clients, Innosight is committed to supporting our community and making a positive social impact. In 2011, we volunteered at Boston's Community Servings, a nonprofit that prepares and delivers hot meals to the critically ill, and participated at the SOCAP 11 conference in San Francisco.
Social Activities
Whether it's the Inno-soccer team, a spontaneous get-together after a productive day, or a group visit to the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, we regularly arrange for enriching and fun experiences so that team members can get to know each other and enjoy themselves outside of work.
