We are embedding in their organization the ability to move quickly, identify problems, develop solutions, and be able to determine whether or not to proceed with a new idea. It's really fascinating, because it combines both ends of the spectrum – large corporate and small start-up.

"The thing I love about Innosight is the fact that our work is grounded in theory that is actually predictive, rather than rationalization after the fact. Using our innovation framework, you can actually see that if these conditions are true, this is what will happen. That is much stronger than traditional models.
