Barbara Cleary

Senior Manager of Professional Development

Prior to joining Innosight, Barbara spent almost 13 years at McKinsey & Company, in their Boston office, where she held a number of roles in both travel and recruiting. She was the supervisor of the travel department before switching to recruiting five years ago. She then spent four years recruiting from MIT Sloan for the 90+ worldwide offices, followed by her most recent role which was focusing on International Talent Initiatives, working primarily with McKinsey's Asia and EMEA offices on a number of specific initiatives geared mainly towards attraction, with a smaller focus on assessment and cultivation of top talent in the U.S. schools.  

Barbara holds a degree in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland, which she studied for at the Limerick Institute of Technology.
